The Firdeus Foundation was founded by Elvis Naçi as a charitable, humanitarian, philanthropic and cultural non-governmental organization to contribute to alleviating poverty, pain and loneliness for Albanians and to build and promote bridges of solidarity in all Albanian-speaking lands. The Firdeus Foundation supports and believes, that with the help of God and the devotion of every human being, many good deeds can be done to ensure a life of dignity and humanity for every human being. To fulfill this mission The Firdeus Foundation works to engage the energies, kindness and contribution of every Albanian, inside and outside the country, to help those who are most unable and hopeless to find a way out of their extreme poverty. The Foundation provides for health support for cases of extreme poverty and requiring urgent medical intervention, housing for the needy people, access to education and employment, support for the orphan community

FIRDEUS Foundation is established by Decision of the Court of the Tirana Judicial District no. 576 dated 15.12.2016, with headquarters at “Ali Demi” Street, Tirana.

The main pillars of the work of the Firdeus Foundation are:

POVERTY RELIEF The Firdeus Foundation works with the community to help very poor families, single-parent families or orphans by providing monthly food assistance. As part of this program, the Firdeus Foundation has assisted in extreme cases to provide housing for many families by sensitizing the community to raise the necessary funds for this purpose.

HEALTH SUPPORT This program focuses on cases of extremely unfortunate families who, beyond extreme poverty, are also affected by diseases that need special treatment. The foundation has provided inclusion in an Albanian hospital where it is building a program dedicated to health care for very poor or orphaned people.

EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT, PRIORITY FAMILIES WITH ORPHAN CHILDREN Firdeus Foundation is cooperating with other organizations inside and outside the country, with the academic system and the system of vocational education, as well as with local units to provide children and young people coming from families extremely poor, with a focus on the categories of orphans access to education as well as vocational training.

CARE FOR THE ELDERLY PEOPLE, Firdeus Foundation is sensitive and is also focusing on creating an infrastructure to help the lonely, abandoned or sick elderly. A cooperation has started with Germany to build a document with recommendations and guideline for a major plan in this field.

The Firdeus Foundation and its founder Elvis Naci and the charitable acts accomplished in Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia, have inspired Albanian communities around the world to commit to fundraising and creating a network of friends who are constantly raising funds in benefit of the causes of the Firdeus Foundation. Albanians in Switzerland, Germany, USA, Kosovo, UK have set up non-profit organizations in their countries to facilitate contribution, reduce transfer costs and ensure legal compliance with the countries where they live.

The dramatic earthquake of November 26, 2019 put Elvis Naci and the Firdeus Foundation in front of an extraordinary challenge. Calls for help were converted to solidarity that is rarely seen in Albania.

The funds raised are being used to rebuild housing for Thumana families- one of the most areas damaged by the earthquake.

Fondacioni Firdeus është themeluar nga Elvis Naçi si një organizatë joqeveritare bamirëse, humanitare, filantropike dhe kulturore për të kontribuar në zbutjen e varfërisë, dhimbjes dhe vetmisë për shqiptarët si dhe për të ngritur e promovuar urat e solidaritetit në të gjitha trojet shqipfolëse.Fondacioni Firdeus mbështetet në besimin , se me ndihmë të Zotit dhe përkushtim të çdo njeriu mund të bëhen vepra të mira për të siguruar një jetë me dinjitet dhe humanizëm për cdo njeri. Për të përmbushur këtë mision. Fondacioni Firdeus punon për të angazhuar energjitë, mirësine dhe kontributin e cdo shqiptari , brenda dhe jashte vendit, në ndihmë të atyre që janë më të pamundur e të pashpresë për të siguruar daljen nga varfëria ekstreme, mbeshtejen shëndetsore për raste të varferisë ekstreme , aksesin në arsim dhe punësim, mbeshtetjen e komunitetit të jetimeve. Fondacioni FIRDEUS, themeluar me Vendim të Gjykatës së Rrethit Gjyqësor Tiranë nr.576 datë 15.12.2016, me seli Rruga “Ali Demi”, Tiranë.

ZBUTJA E VARFËRISË Fondacioni Firdeus bashkëpunon me komunitetin për të ndihmuar familje shumë të varfëra, familje me një prind ose jetim duke ofruar një ndihmë të përmuajshme ushqimore. Për këtë qëllim Fondacioni ka hapur dhe një magazine bamirësie ku grumbullon ndihma nga kompani të ndryshme apo qytetarë qe duan të mbështesin dhe i shpërndan ato më pas tek njerëzit në nevojë.

MBËSHTETJE SHËNDETESORE Ky program ka në fokus raste të familjeve ekstremisht fatkeqe që pertej varfërisë ekstreme janë goditur dhe nga sëmundje që kanë nevojë për një trajtim të veçantë. Fondacioni ka siguruar perfshsirjen ne nje spital shqiptar ku po nderton nje program te dedikuar per për ndihmë shëndetsore per njerezit shume te varfer apo jetime.

EDUKIM DHE PUNËSIM, ME PRIORITET FAMILJET ME FEMIJE JETIME Fondacioni Firdeus po bashkëpunon me organizata të tjera brenda dhe jashtë vëndit, me sistemin akademik dhe sistemin e edukimit profesional, si dhe me njësitë vendore për t’ju siguruar fëmijëve dhe të rinjve që vijnë nga familje ekstremisht të varfëra , me fokus ne kategorine e jetemive aksesin në edukim, si dhe aftësimin me zanate.

PERKUJDESJA PER MOSHEN E TRETE Fondacioni Firdeus është I ndjeshëm dhe po fokusohet gjithashtu dhe në krijimin e një infrastrukture për t’ju ardhur në ndihmë të moshuarve të vetmuar, të braktisur apo të sëmurë. Një bashkëpunim ka filluar me Gjermaninë për të krijuar një dokument rekomandimesh në këtë fushë.

Fondacioni Firdeus dhe themeluesi i Tij Elvis Naci dhe veprat e bamiresise te realizuara ne Shqiperi, Kosove e Maqedoni, kane frymezuar komunitetet e shqiptareve ne mbare boten te angazhohen per grumbullimin e ndihmave dhe krijimin e nje rrjeti miqsh te cilet ne menyre te vazhdueshme grumbullojne fonde ne dobi te kauzave te Fondacionit Firdeus. Shqiptaret ne Zvicer, Gjermani, USA, Kosove, UK kane krijuar organizata jofitimprurese ne vendet e tyre per te lehtesuar kontributin, reduktuar kostot e transfertave dhe siguruar perputhshmerine ligjore me vendet ku jetojne.

Tërmeti dramatik i 26 nëntorit 2019 e vuri Elvis Nacin dhe Fondacionin Firdeus para një sfide të jashtëzakoshme. Thirrjet për ndihmë u përkthyen në një solidaritet që rrallë është parë në Shqipëri.

Fondet e grumbulluara po përdoren për rindërtimin e banesave për familjet e Thumanës në fillim – një nga zonat e dëmtuara më rëndë nga tërmeti.
