Last week marked the launch of the “Investors Support Day” initiative in Albania, organized by AIDA – Albanian Investment Development Agency in cooperation with the Swiss Albanian Chamber of Commerce. The event opened a direct communication platform between foreign companies and public institutions.
AIDA’s Executive Director, Ms. Laura Saro, presented the purpose of the initiative to facilitate business operations and strengthen cooperation with foreign investors.
The event was also attended by Mr. Philipp Arnold, Deputy Head of Mission at the Swiss Embassy, and Mr. Imir Kraja from the General Directorate of Taxes, who emphasized the importance of continued support and collaboration with businesses with Swiss capital.
Currently, 69 Swiss-capital companies operate in Albania across various strategic sectors, and this meeting represented an important step toward fostering closer cooperation between local institutions and international investors.
