The Entrepreneurship Academy is a project supported by the Union of Young Entrepreneurs of Albania. Its creation was made possible after a study of the needs of entrepreneurship and especially of young people. We often meet students of excellence or others who complete their studies with very good results. Not only in Albania, but also in the most developed countries, the bridge between theory and practice is a step that must be fulfilled at all costs, to make functional and applicable all the knowledge gained over the years during education. Exactly this connecting bridge is the phase of certification of the ideas of doing business, guaranteeing success in the future.
Also, the labor market in Albania is not properly qualified for post-vocational training. Knowing the requirements of the position for each job, many of them require very specific knowledge. In this way, exactly these specifics, constitute a special profile within the same branch of education or within the same sector.
Not just a business, but an initiative, which, in its focus, has the development, support and facilitation of entrepreneurial visionaries, young people, women, and innovative ones in particular, starting with startups and improving continuous.
